Shipping Policy

All Shop Coco orders are packed and dispatched from Cape Town, South Africa. All prices shown on this site include 15% VAT.

Delivery options and cost

Standard Delivery, R100. Delivery within 3 to 5 working days.
Free Standard Delivery. Free on all orders over R1000. Delivery within 3 to 5 working days.
Express Delivery, R150. Door to door delivery within 1 to 2 working days.
International Delivery, R300. Tracked delivery within 7 to 14 working days.

Processing time

Orders placed before 12h00 on a working day are usually packed and handed to our courier the same day. Orders placed after 12h00, or over a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched on the next working day.

Tracking your order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us. Please allow a few hours for tracking to become active on the courier system.

Delivery addresses

We deliver to physical street addresses and to business addresses. We are not able to deliver to PO boxes. Please make sure that someone is available to receive and sign for your parcel, as our courier cannot leave parcels unattended.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Courier delays, load shedding, severe weather and public holidays can all affect delivery. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, please contact us and we will follow it up with the courier on your behalf.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because nobody was available to receive it, a second delivery fee will apply.
